How to ship with GIA
- Request a quote: Tell us what you’re shipping and where it’s going.
- Drop off your cargo: Bring your shipment to our Miami yard after confirming the details with our team.
- We prepare and load: Your cargo is prepared for the confirmed sailing.
- Collect at destination: Your recipient picks up the cargo once it’s ready for release.

- Vehicles: the vehicle title and a valid photo ID.
- Every shipment: the recipient’s name and phone number.
- LCL: an item list, with the recipient’s name and phone number on every piece.
- FCL: confirm the container size and loading arrangements with our office.
- Not accepted: hazardous materials, inflammables, weapons.
- Sailing and cargo cutoff: confirm with our office before drop-off.
